Outside of the boardroom, he values maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying fit. However, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his family, whom he eagerly anticipates joining the business someday.
Introducing Ryan, our Head of Operations at BETAFIT. With 14 years of experience in the safety industry, Ryan is a highly valued member of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cooking up culinary delights, cheering on his favourite rugby teams, and taking leisurely strolls with his furry companion. An avid traveller, Ryan loves exploring new destinations, but his favourite pastime of all is spending quality time with his family.
Meet Johannes, fondly known as JJ, our Marketing & Finance Manager at BETAFIT. With five years of PPE industry experience under his belt and over 15 years in product development, JJ brings a unique blend of creativity and financial savvy to our team.
In his spare time you’ll find JJ hitting the gym to stay active and healthy. And when it’s time to unwind, he enjoys nothing more than savoring a glass of good wine, appreciating the finer things in life.

With two decades of experience in the safety industry under his belt, Laurie brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our team. Meet Oliver, or, more commonly known as Ollie, our Customer Service Supervisor at BETAFIT. He’s been with the team since the acquisition of BETAFIT in 2021 and with 7 years’ experience in this industry it’s no surprise what knowledge he brings to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with both family and friends, cheering on his favourite football teams and exploring the great South Coast.
